We really enjoyed discussing and sharing our enthusiasm for 3D printing in schools with you and so many other educators who are committed to bringing this exciting technology to their students and colleagues. This amazing resource, developed by MakerBot Education, includes instructions on 3D printing, an introduction to four free 3D modeling applications, as well as a number of ideas, activities, sample projects for students, and other tools to incorporate 3D design and printing into lesson plans, enhancing and reinforcing STEM skills already being taught in many classrooms.
